Jalil Alejandro Magaldi Serna

Jalil Alejandro Magaldi Serna is a lawyer graduated from the Externado de Colombia University, specializing in Public Law from the Externado de Colombia University. He obtained a Higher Diploma from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in Public International Law. He has an in-depth Master’s Degree in Public Law with an emphasis on Fundamental Rights and Constitutional Justice from Paul Cezanne University (Aix-Marseille III). He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Externado University of Colombia and the Paul Cezanne University.
